How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, please login to your account. Click on "Loyalty Program" and then "reddem points". Then go to your wallet. There you will see your rewards. Copy the discount code and paste it at the checkout.
How do my points convert to dollars?
100 points = $ 1 always. We may hold Point Events in wich case points may double or triple for every$1 purchase.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. Once your order is refunded, any Points earned from the purchase will be removed from your account. NOTE: points redeemed for the purchase will not be returned.
Do points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity.
When do I receive my birthday reward?
All birthday rewards will be delivered on the same day as your birthday date. For you to receive your birthday reward, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. NOTE: To ensure all information is accurate please double-check before entering your birthday date. Otherwise, our support team is unable to make any changes.
I forgot to login or used the wrong email when making an puchase. Can you add my points?
Yes. Make sure to reach out to our support team at support@nordajyo.com with your order number and date of puchase. You have 14 days until the date of purchase to reach out so that your points can be added to your account.
